Crafted of rich sustainably harvested Brazilian hardwood, plush down, foam, and supple leather or fabric, the sofa is engineered in a taut sort of swing reminiscent of a suspension bridge over a waterway and is as comfortable as the ubiquitous Brazilian hammock. “Pitu:” it’s the sweet Portuguese nickname for Aristeu’s adored youngest daughter.
